    It was a funding bill not a bill making human trafficking illegal.

        Not supporting a funding bill does not make someone pro human trafficking.

            Often when bills are rejected it is because there is pork in there. The way to fund it is through normal law enforcement or by submitting a bill without the pork.

                    If you had read the objections to the bill, you’d get why they voted against it.
