Nice. I’m curious what you mean by situan style? Did you use particular spices like the Sichuan peppercorns or something? Is it spicy?
Yep, I used Sichuan peppercorns and dried Chinese chiles.
How did it come out? I fucking love sichuan and I just bought my first Kamado joe lol.
