I’ve always loved this because it’s all pretty doable until he says he runs fucking 10K a day. 🤣

I haven’t been a daily runner in quite a while but 10 km per day is only 6.2ish miles. That doesn’t seem out of the realm of possibility to me?

I’m really glad for you, legitimately. However I’ve always had HORRIBLE running stamina, I can run like the wind… For about 150 meters tops and then I hit a wall HARD. Even when I ran track in middle school (probably called something else if you’re not American or from an older generation) and practiced constantly the only thing I could ever compete in was hurdles because the races were much shorter.

You have to pace yourself, start with a slow jog for 2 to 3 km, then they start increasing a bit every other week, you’ll be surprised how fast you get better.

The issue is when you plateau your performance, it’s extremely difficult to get better.

10 km is doable, I used to run 10 km every other day, it is really hard the first month, but it gets relatively easy after a while.
