Look, if I was back in the army and saw a pile of like 300 of these unguarded to be distributed to the company, I would probably steal ten of them, which is pretty good for this kind of dry-ass thing, so it gets an 8/10

I can actually vouch for Wasa Sandwiches being pretty awesome, but I mean that in the homemade sense. Method-- take one or two of the crackers and crisp it up in an air-fryer for a minute or two. It’ll taste much better right away. Then top with whatever, like dried parm, some seasoning, a bit of dressing, maybe some cheese & salami. So, hundreds of combinations, and bonus pts for the hearty cracker being surprisingly low-cal, like ~40kcals. They’re also pretty great as an English-style snack “beans on toast,” with the cracker substituting.

          I don’t know why you @ me in particular…

You seemed highly dubious about the cracker sandwich (rightfully so, I’d guess) so I wanted to offer another way of enjoying it that I can personally vouch for.

wasa crispbreads are really good and relatively healthy. i didn’t know they had ready to eat stuff like this, but i love to get the crackers themselves and eat with sardines or hard boiled eggs.

edit: vegans might like them with vegan cream cheese and pickled onions, or other similar ingredients. i like them because i have allergies which disallow a lot of vegan proteins and they pair really well with the proteins i can eat. the crackers themselves are vegan tho! they are probably good with hummus but i can’t eat that :(
