Texas isn’t able to deal with the massive amounts of migrants. Other states have to help out or we simply need to start turning people away.
They seem to be able to handle putting them all on a bus or a plane. Maybe they should send them back instead of onward.
I’m sure Texas would send them back to Mexico if they could.
