Being real, hes done a lot to my mental state. On reddit, I would have similar arguments, usually about guns. I thought I was educating people, or at least getting them to actually think critically about their positions.

It’s not a power trip to remove people who do nothing but degrade the community
It is however extremely difficult to cleanly judge whether someone is degrading a community.
It’s only difficult when you’re part of the problem

Equating certainty with correctness is a hallmark of fanaticism.
