Would be great to be able to post gifs straight from the keyboard. Currently greyed out and gives a message of this app does not support gifs here

    As a workaround, I did the following

    1. Tap the emoji icon
    2. Navigate to the GIF tab
    3. Find a gif, tap on it once, and press the external icon on the bottom of the gif
    4. Paste the link in this format

    I’d love to see this supported as well. Reddit didn’t support images / gifs in the post but Lemmy does
