Maybe there’s a trans reading of Deus Ex I’m not aware of that is greater than societal acceptance of body modification/choosing one’s physical characteristics but if not this is pretty funny:

“Contains subtly pro-Transhumanism content” like uhh that’s the whole game and is not the same thing

Iirc in the Deus Ex society theres no more Racism and Sexism, instead people hate transhumanists. For some reason they decided to focus on that in HR and the sequels. I believe some chuds/Gamers hate Deus Ex HR because they didn’t follow the original Deus Ex and Invisible War’s thing about being about Conspiracy Theories, Secret Societies, Aliens and Hacker stuff. They probably think these games were about how epic JC Denton defeats The Jews™ or something like that. When in reality is more like a goofy 2000’s RPG game with some unfinished stuff that has some real life stuff mixed with popculture stuff. The game seems like a mix of American leftist anarchism with libertarism.

lol, ever played Liberal crime squad? I think it’s been abandonware for many years now, but was originally coded by the dwarf fortress lads.
