Alright. I don’t know if any of you are into Fire Emblem, the GBA era asthetic, or just pretty cool 2D animations, but I have some that I’ve collected from a public free to use repository that I wanted to share here.
I plan on using this for one of the main secondary character's promotion class. Thought it would be better than just making her turn into a sniper.
Although this one is a modified version of an established FE character, I'm hoping the pallet swap will work in my favor, especially since I want the main lord to be flexible in terms of weaponry.
I plan on using this one for my pre-promote Bishop unit that the player gets at the beginning. It's again an existing character from another rom-hack this time, but changing the color pallet should make it work nicely.
Final one I'll share is a Pegasus knight that doubles as a magic user after promotion. She also serves as the second protagonist in the game, though she'll probably still be a supporting character overall.
Also, two of these characters are gonna be trans. Guess which ones?

Yep! Thought it would be really cool to have a trans Pegasus Knight, as it’s traditionally gender-locked towards women (pesasi don’t like men or something). For #2, I’m going to see if I can get a transition to work mid-game, and have that be their promoted class. If I can’t get it to work though, she’s still going to have some great support conversations with #4. In fact, I might just force them into a canonical bond so they’re shipper-proof

I actually love that crossbow animation so much, I really should try not to pick a favorite character, but it might be tough.

I’m going to try making a Fire Emblem ROM hack. It uses the same engine and assets as FE 6, 7, and/or 8, but things like the story, characters, character design, maps, etc. will be original.
