Advocating violence over words is intolerance.
If I know your pronouns and refuse to use them, that is not violence. Using physical violence on such a person is improper.
I am all for defending one’s self from physical harm. But punching someone for words is the act of an aggressor.
Violence begets violence. We are nominally adults. We can use words and choose not to associate with others instead of being the aggressor.
