Since the start of the premier League I’d argue English football as a product has been at the forefront of innovation and competition, which is why I’d say Liverpool. I’m not a Liverpool fan or anything but I’d put them alongside Real Madrid, Man U and Barca as the most popular team in the world from a legacy standpoint. Milan for sure up there but not to the same level
