And Trump denies he said “suckers and losers”. The “party of personal responsibility” never takes responsibility for any of their actions or rhetoric.

I’ve seen well-decorated military personnel praise Trump and his presidency. I lose respect for them, and I’ll never understand it. Why, why, why do they defend this pile of rotten turds?

My first though was sunken cost phallacy, but then again maybe it’s in the nature of authority-obiding jobs to attract people who, well, would love to live in an authoritarian regime. Life is simple and structured this way.

”Whether you’re eating curry at your dinner table or fried chicken, things have gotten more expensive thanks to [Kamala Harris’] policies”

Really? So it’s just a coincidence that you also mentioned curry? C’maaan

Vance is referencing curry because Laura Loomer recently said the White House will smell like curry if Harris wins.

I have a distant family member that illegally entered the US with her young child and used a stolen SSN and identity early on to gain employment.

Now that she’s got her green card, she’s fully in the “fuck everyone else, I got mine” camp. She cries about illegal immigrants and crime from people coming from her home country.

It’s legitimately insane to watch someone absolutely stop giving a fuck because they’ve got fiscal safety and security because they broke all the same laws during a democratic administration that was helping Latino immigrants.

Yep. But he’s a republican politician - he still to be publicly racist even if it means insulting his partner’s heritage. That’s the job.

Who says they don’t see it?

Maybe a lot of the population is actually hateful and racist, or at least tolerating of it.

they can’t see this high school bullshit.

You have to go back to elementary school level, like 3rd grade, maybe 2nd.

The first one was chosen for him, he’s reacting to a racist tweet. The second one is his own additional racism. It is an excellent display of how effortlessly racist he can be. Repubs enjoy things like this.

I knew I didn’t imagine that! Reminds me of when my ex-advisor in a grad program brought up fried chicken during a rant while arguing with a black student about something completely unrelated.

It was… crazy. I have no idea why such a stupid ass stereotype seems to exist in so many people’s subconscious, just ready to expose them as an asshole.

It’s fucking weird that people think there is any type of food that you’re only into if you’re a certain skin color.

I’m as white as can be. Soul food is fucking amazing.

Fried chicken is as American as apple pie, for Christ’s sake! “African-Americans like an American staple!”, uh, yes?? How is that supposed to be a distinguishing mark amongst Americans, much less a bad one??

Racists are not just ignorant and malicious bastards. They’re also deeply weird.

Real class act, Vance. This is who I want representing all of us. Seems perfectly fit to be 1 heart beat away from president.
