I had unprotected sex with 2 shady sex workers yesterday where I kissed, performed cunnilingus, recived oral sex on my uncircumcised penis and had sex without condom. My penis size is small (3.5 inches when erect) and yesterday as I was not in complete mood my erection would have been 2 inches max when I ejaculated inside. I’m saying this because I don’t think my erect penis entered too deep into the vagina. But I’m worried I may contract HIV and other STI’s as this is the first time I had sex without condom and received oral sex without condom. What should I do? Should I take precautions such as PReP?

You’re in the clear my man. It is well established that penises smaller than 3 inches are low priority for the transmission viral and bacterial infections from sexual contact. Sex workers are trained to release STDs or not, much like a snake can withhold venom when striking. /s

Seriously go get tested and wrap it next time.

Put your penis in a bowl of vinegar. It’ll help you find any cuts which can increase the risk of infection while also disinfecting those wounds.

But you probably shouldn’t ask strangers on the Internet for medical advice or you’ll end up with a pickled penis.

Lemmy is not your doctor and you shouldn’t take medical advice from us. If it’s possible where you live, try to get in touch with a family planning clinic (or whatever the local name would be). They can get you some sti tests and give better advice than we can. You aren’t the first person to have unprotected sex, and you won’t be the last.

I knew a guy that was really into his hookers from sex worker sites and the prices he’d say were shockingly cheap. He got regularly checked out, and after years of doing this (at least 5) the guy says the only STD he’s ever got was chlamydia, which was in his “pre-hooker days”.

That’s all to say that you’re probably fine, but you should definitely get tested for peace of mind. If they’re sex workers by trade, they’re probably on top of the testing themselves.

pre-nut brainfog must have felt like a psychedelic realm where the only reasonable way to escape was to find and rawdog a shady sex worker

Fyi it doesn’t really matter if you are uncircumcised or not. There is some data that says that circumcised get less AIDS but afik it’s not by a lot and the data is fairly unclear.

There are places where you can get free std tests. You absolutely can get an STI or STD even if you don’t go “too deep”.

PReP is pre exposure and would not help you here

PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) will make it much less likely for you to contract HIV, but you must begin taking it within 72 hours of potential exposure, and the sooner the better.

If you’re in the US, this CDC page has more info about where to find treatment.

A doctor will be able to tell you what other tests you should have, but I imagine they’re going to just want to screen for the usual stuff (chlamydia, gonorrhea, etc).

    OP is done 💀💀

In all seriousness, you should get tested immediately and tested again in a few weeks. This is a question for a doctor
