I really don’t understand how SOMEONE isn’t in jail for this. Even if DeSantis can blame someone on his staff, someone should be in jail. Whether it’s human trafficking, kidnapping, fraud, or 100 other laws this probably broke, you aren’t allowed to do this to people and not face repercussions.

I promise you if I did this same exact thing today, I would be in jail within 24 hours.

Someone, somewhere, either isn’t doing their job, or they are taking their sweet ass time doing it.

The FBI is far right. Who else does federal policing? It’s not a coincidence that when the FBI is involved, people on the right don’t go to jail. In the meantime, the FBI arrest me for peacefully protesting and then when border patrol booked me and while I was in handcuffs, they assaulted me. They were granted qualified immunity for the assault. Lawyers, judges, federal employees, also the paperwork and all signed off on it. I was found not guilty, of course, but I’m forever scarred.

Qualified Immunity is illegal according to the law (§1983) as was passed by Congress in 1871, not as was illegally revised by a Southern Revisionist when they “copied” the law from the Congressional Record into the Federal Register in 1874.

President Grant referenced the law when he got pulled over for “speeding on a horse within the city limits of Washington DC,” for the third time in his life in 1872. The other two were in 1866 when he was a lowly General. The officer attempted to let him go when he saw who he pulled over, and Grant said “Congress just passed a law about this, even The President isn’t above The Law, neither are you. Write me the ticket.”

And this human shaped garbage bag is running for president instead of rotting in a jail cell like he should be. Utterly and completely disgusting.

And Republicans love it. They want more of it. They won’t be happy until everyone is miserable because then they’ll get to be mad about it.

This is why the answer to republicans being cruel to others is the rest of us shunning republicans from society. Don’t date, don’t marry, don’t fuck republicans. Got republicans in your family? Ask when they are planning on growing out of their conservative phase. It’s a fact that most people are born conservative and grow up to become more liberal once they learn the truth of the world. Most importantly, if you have republicans in your family, keep your children far, far away from them. Many more republican men than any other political party are sex offenders, most of them belonging to the clergy. Keep your kids away from religion as well.

Basically, take a stand against deplorable filth.

That would require the DOJ to do actual work like arrest Republicans which Garland is oh-so-afraid to do

Every single person involved in this should be charged with some level of human trafficking. Make it very expensive and very dangerous for anyone to help this clown pull these stunts. When someone can personally be held responsible for this, they might think twice about losing their freedom (or losing a whole ton of money on legal fees) by helping DeSatan commit a “prank”.

But Democrats won’t do it because they are too spineless.

And that is why it happens again, and again and again.

Republicans are bullies that know that the Dems will never stand up to them. And as such they will just keep pushing the issue again and again.
