California has the most annoying yuppies, but not the most annoying overall.
Some of the most annoying people in the world are Californians, but in my own experience they’re statistical outliers and should not be counted.
Otherwise “most annoying people” is such a broad, non-specific category that you could make a case for basically any group of 2 or more people being the most annoying. I’m personally annoyed by Seppophilic Norwegians and by Seppos in Norway, and I doubt anybody else is gonna mention those types of people.
